Weijun Yin is a Ph.D. student at the College of Finance and Statistics, Hunan University, specializing in pension finance, corporate finance, household finance, behavioral finance, and political economy. His research also extends to insurance economics from a behavioral perspective and health economics through a psychological lens. From a macroeconomic standpoint, Weijun focuses on the economies of China, the US, Europe, and Africa.

Weijun earned his MSc in Insurance from Nanjing University of Finance and Economics in 2023, under the supervision of Dr. Bing Liu. He is set to begin his doctoral studies at Hunan University, College of Finance and Statistics, under the guidance of Professor Ning Zhang.
